They fired a senior director of sales and a sales manager in early October under suspicious circumstances. Who knows why, but surprise! They probably made two much fueh-kying money and that’s a liability in the NM - BP - CR world.

Managers are all but abdicating their duty and responsibility to their sales teams, taking sudden days off, probably taking other interviews because they see the writing on the wall. Some go AWOL for days at a time.

Emails and phone calls to collaborators at other sites and business units are not being returned. They do not have any out-of-office messages in Outlook or on their voicemail. Presumably, they’ve been let go from the company without time to properly say goodbye or they’re sticking it to TR, getting out before TR can have the satisfaction of doing it themselves.

They’re calling this a restructuring, but what’s happening at least in Tax is that cs professional is essentially filling all of the new roles in the new tax pro segments along with CR and those in her friends and family plan while other divisions are being systematically destroyed. I can’t wait to see how the sales restructuring will go. Wait I can, I am in sales and I am certain that even with good numbers that I cannot take it here any longer.
