Heard from a TAM that they are being demoted too to COS role. Customer on boarding specialist (old name was CIS).
It is quite sad to keep reading this kind of news...
What positions have been demoted exactly?
It's worse than this. Some experienced and valued people from content were asked to accept demotions or leave. Global heads with 150 direct reports demoted do individual contributors... Prized employess who've been with the company for many years.
Gdynia finished current wave of layoffs. Overall 80 ppl gone, all frontline support + some cuts in order management specialists, product management, devs and technical specialists team leaders.
