He hasn't managed to bring them to court yet despite repeated demands, and Judge Drain is losing patience. If he doesn't have the numbers in a couple of weeks, the creditors will motion for Ch 7 and odds are good that the judge will grant it. By all accounts this year's sales are even more catastrophic than years past.
Or maybe Eddie figured out that tracking sale analytics can be done at HE instead of outsourcing jobs overseas
