Weatherford WFT to be delisted from NYSE

If WFT closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, then the NYSE would initiate the official delisting process. We are three days into this and if the price stays under a buck for next 27 days, Weatherford will be delisted.

I read as far as "Weatherford are well trained"... GTFO.

You have obviously no experience of how things work in the field.

You are probably some manager who actually believes the rubbish that you spout because you repeat it over and over again parrot fashion.

I think its you who should update your resume and start looking for another job in some propaganda ministry of some tin pot banana republic somewhere.

Its the likes of you that we are in the s..t in the first place.

@tzl realistically how many companies successfully appeled... also, reverse splitting would be just shady. I frankly think there is no turnaround here. Just my opinion though

The delisting process doesn't just happen on the 31st day. WFT can appeal, challenge and also propose a reverse stock split. Considering we have just over 1B shares outstanding, the stock could reverse split a few times (or do one large reverse split) before we even get close to the minimum required number of shares outstanding to be on the exchange. Is a reverse split an ideal situation? Of course not, but it would negate the concern of being delisted.

So, to summarize, you are just another donkey giving false information and attempting to put fear into the colleagues you work with. Why bother doing this? It's counterproductive and creates unnecessary stress for those that are unfamiliar with how the exchanges work. If you are so unhappy with your job at WFT, why not leave and go somewhere else? Life is too short to be working somewhere that you dislike. Our peers in this industry seem to have an affinity for WFT people as they are well trained and respected. Perhaps you should focus your efforts on updating your resume, calling some recruiters and networking with others in order to go somewhere else?

I have volunteered several times to buy out this company for -7 billion. Then we will move our operations to Canada. Then Pivot from oil and gas to something more green.
