Agree with 2vkn, WFT Management are inept and new management team coming HAL and SLB doesn't have an idea how to manage a company as WFT, the best that they can do is to start from scratch, just after they can start with the implementation of a new company culture

Only PL's that create revenue will or can be offered for sale. That of course is a double edged sword because selling profitable PL's Means less revenue generated thus worsening Weatherfords ability to create cash.

Its like lighting a candle at both ends to see better in the dark. It just means Weatherford burns out twice as fast and continue the downward spiral.

The banks dont want to foreclose but at some point will have to ascert themselves because its obvious the Weatherford management are inept.

Very unlikely to happen, WFT debt is too high. Company must sell as much as possible assets and/or PL's to reduce debt, other thing that they can do is to reduce facilities and management structure, they must go from VP's and Geozones to FOM's.

Weatherford comes with $7.7 billion debt. Buy it, debt is yours.

They tried to get the employees to buy it (ESPP). If your employees don’t want it, then nobody should.

Highly doubtful, right now other companies are running so tight they're squeaking by themselves.
