Last night I saw an IBM commercial claiming that Watson can improve call center efficiency. I guess diagnosing cancer is too hard. Then I saw a commercial where IBM Cloud can do something, I don't know what, with racing cars? IT looks like IBM doesn't even know what its products can do.

There was a saying in the 1950s: "No one ever gets fired from IBM".
In the 70s, it became: "No one ever got fired for buying IBM".
The IBM epitaph for the 20s is easy to predict: "No one bought IBM".
Don’t forget when IBM made commercials with celebrities (Bob Dylan, Carrie Fisher, Ridley Scott) having conversations with Watson. Wait, Watson can’t even do that...
