Company’s current leadership will become even more disingenuous and corrupt, feigning adherence to the values we claim to hold as a corporation.
Massively vcip and generous pay increases. Well for us in oz anyway
RL makes ton of money. Employees and shareholders left staring at pile of rubble, smoke and ashes.
Our leadership was very pleased with itself {belatedly} recognizing the industry disruption from unconventionals. Here’s my prediction: technology/cost disruption will be much faster than we imagine and recognize. There’s a lot of hydrocarbons out there, and the next industry disruption will be in getting these out exponentially cheaper/faster. We won’t be prepared, and this will happen faster than anyone in our company can imagine. We have managers in leadership, not thinkers.
Hurricane Jerry will flood our dear leader's mansion.
Egos will flare, and nepotism will abound. Managers’ pets will be given 1 ratings and be promoted. Leadership will be utterly out of touch with those on the front lines. Executives will be incentivized to make poor decisions for the company while making millions for themselves and destroying jobs for the workers they look down their noses to.
Management will not listen to common sense advice, because they already know everything.
Mass layoffs of technically competent staff, followed by backfill with recent grads and H1B holders.
COP will continue to bypass women and minorities for leadership positions while simultaneously preaching inclusion to its employees.
Shares of COP will reach $90! 💰
With the recent negativity in company in general why not take this new year as an opportunity to recognize our strengths.
I say let's start listing all the positives you see from day to day activities at the company. It could be as simple as biggest VCIP ever in OIl and gas patch.
Let's all go nutes and crazy and do this for “OUR” company !
Everyone in Houston will move to BVO
