Cream rises to the top . DXC does not hold the “measuring scale” or have any crystal ball to measure success or the eyes to see the value they are cutting cords with . But there are other companies and organizations that do live in a more realistic reality . They recognize talent and appreciate it ( by paying properly for it and awarding quality ) .
DXC can believe anything it wants in its endeavour to hypnotize its share holders and it lemmings of staff.
Reality dictates fact .
And that is something DXC has a difficult time trying to convince itself of . They simply do not know what they had or have until it’s gone. Bye bye quality staff = bye bye quality service = bye bye customers .
