Just continue to sell home warranties MPAs and vasp while keeping your numbers up. Maybe your a top performer? Who knows... When a time comes where they'll weed out a bunch from us 4500 techs, then if you make the company substantial real money, than they will take care of you. They don't care if you can even fix anything, all you gotta do is sell a bunch of add on preventive maintenance calls and it outweighs the bad recalls lol. That's all they care about. Stac techs will eventually work remotely to minimize expenditure in a facility. COE is almost gone all the way relying solely on the tech and his trusty tech hub app. And just from my experiences in A&E, there are no friends... Mostly backstabbers and people who you can't truly trust. Just saying..
