• Strengthen leadership skills by being open and positive when given feedback on performance, development needs, and progress.

• Continue to build credibility and the respect of your peers. Focus on being proactive, collaborative and involved with your counterparts and your manager.

• Strengthen presentation skills by presenting packaging at team meetings, working review, PLR, LR and additional company meetings when required.

• Drive creativity in package graphics for your brands.

• Attend director’s monthly department meetings. Contribute to this meeting through presentation, discussion and suggestions for improvement.

• Attend a minimum of two elective seminars in 2012. Attend all required seminars.

• Meet with manager on a weekly basis to discuss key deliverables, significant events and issues. Review of driver packaging should take place at this time.

Pro Tip: Save all of those documents and keep them. They’re helpful when you need to look for a job later on and need to remember your goals and accomplishments from years before.

Yes, I hated writing that c&@p too.

a bunch of non sesnical BS that NO ONE every enjoyed writing. good riddance to the waste of time. these were only good if you were firing someone.
