Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

2018 was a year of reactions and delays from Intel

Reading on everything that Intel faced and still managed to produce solid numbers made me conclude that all and all this wasn't such a bad year, as many claim it was. On the other hand I generally think that a big diversification in products is not a good direction the company is heading in and that this amount of diversification will backfire on us. I get the need to compete on various markets, but we already seen issues with our products, shortages in supply, delays in production etc. Who can say that these thing won’t happen on a larger scale if this continues.

Moore’s Law stopped at Intel

The clock stopped ticking after all it worked so well why continue

14nm was so good why introduce 10nm, let TSMC and Samsung take the lead.

Write off Canon and Ice and invent a few new products
