Finally made the decision to leave this place. Considering Avaya turned into a joke lately, I'm certain I made the right decision. So much nepotism, so much b---s--- politics to wade through...

We spent quite a long time at Avaya. So we are too concerned about what's going on at Avaya where we wasted precious years of our life.

Tbe technicians in New York are really not groomed nice at all. I can't even tell if they are women or men. Seriously not kidding...
No more looking busy, no more callouts, no more gps in the work truck. Life is mentally so much better being away from this cancer. Being around new people who groom themself and care about their appearance is amazing too. The ppl who are technicians are ugly ,fat and disgusting at Avaya. After being gone only a few months i personally felt better in every aspect of my life. Plus the company is sinking slowly the job is for dummies now.
