I hate how we cannot order appliances in Southern California!!!! I can’t make a living on selling mini fridges all week long!!! Haven’t made a bonus in 2 months either!!! I’m so fed up! Something has to be illegal about this!!

Pretty much any dorm building built in the past 15 years comes with built-in mini-fridges. And most universities in the US have built new dorm buildings since then, as expectations have risen (nobody wants to live in the barebones dorms built decades ago, anymore).
I think a better market for consumer sales of mini-fridges these days is for garages and 'man-caves', to hold beer.
Can you find some schools with dorms to get good outlets for the mini fridges ?

Nothing illegal about SHC not being able to get product. Vendors are not shipping and chapter 7 is coming. You might want to read your employment papers to see what you signed up for when you took the job.
Nobody is forcing you to work at Sears. Find a new job. Do you really think your job is safe at this point?
Well, you probably won't have to worry about the mini fridges for much longer either if it's any consolation.
