Truth. The only thing SL has ever had a profound effect on is a buffet.

SL is at Gund/Spin with some "new" (more failures) cronies from the NYC office that she brought along. During her power crazed tenure; she did not bring any properties worth a damn to FP when she was in charge (can't speak to MEGA) and most likely did not have anything to do with the DC license. Anyone giving her that much power after failing in the epic way she did would be foolish. Our heartfelt sympathies to the folks at Gund.

The reason Spinmaster is getting the licenses is because Susie is there and she’s still bitter for being (rightly) fired for taking yet another business(FP Friends was first, then Thomas and then Megablocks) and ineptly running it. She’s a spiteful person who even her Jamaican husband wants to run away from.

DC can see this is a sinking ship from miles away. What choice did they have? They had to run over to Spin to save their business. I wonder how many layoffs will come from this announcement. Mattel has become so good at losing, I don't think anyone can stop them now.
