We have seen several big managers gone due to their inefficiency. There is hope that a clean up process of the bad, sturdy, ignorant cancers is going on. Change the culture of a company it takes time and need to have sacrifices. There are still many managers and GL that are on the list, and they will go soon. Talk about your experience in your area. Nope. Deadwood managers at Intel are renowned for being great talkers so most will be safe.
Would say second line manager and up to Vp in TMG 80% got there by being a SA or MM yes man, can they change, have any clue of how to re-invent or lead, nope, hopeless lost organization
