Do you think that so many jobs are being sent to India to save money to pay for all of the lawsuits filed against this company and the attorneys who defend these lawsuits
The management of this company must be held accountable for the problems that caused these lawsuits

It pays to fix the problems. Management just cares about that little stock ticker on top of their screen. Oops! The stock price is down 10% in 2 days. Hmmm. Even the Inside Traders are upset about that. What is going on? You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. Hahahahaha!
Read Judge Spero’s 106 page verdict certifying the Class Action for Recovery of Denied Mental Health Benefits. This is the equivalent of Brown v Board of Education. Time for the Pacificare trio to go. First the $173 Million unpaid Judgement and now this verdict. Keep incentivizing creeps and harvest Judgements in return.
Haven Healthcare which joins Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase is now open for business. Watch the UNH Commercial Schemes collapse. Watch the Pacificare trio accumulate mountains of Judgements for their id--tic and malicious denial schemes.
Robin - You are a Loser. David Smith won. He stole nothing. UNH made it up. Lying is a good reason why they get sued so often. Incentivizing liars and losers is another reason. No injunction for UNH. Marianne Short’s Legal Department Rocks. No one loses more court cases. Sue someone on Pretext and lose. How many Stock Options will Marianne get this Year? UNH is now on the Dow Loser list. I almost forgot that Zuckerman Spaeder won a huge Class Action against UNH for denial of behavioral health. Kudos to the Pacificare Denial trio. Soon you will have a trillion dollars in Judgements.
Mood Elevator??? Robin, you are now Anonymous. Using your brain is nutty. Without the low paid trash like you covering up all of the crimes, plenty of the malefactors would have been brought to Justice. Instead, the shareholders are in the dark and they get to pay the judgements. $173 Million affirmed Judgement against Pacificare. You are not helping people live healthier lives. You posted allegedly in a prior post. Why not allegedly in Optum v David Smith? VP David Smith Who was one of only 50 individuals who could see the P and L sheets became a “thief” after he announced his departure? Harvard, Bain and Company and a distinguished career mean nothing. How about considering that someone like you with low intelligence but high on the mood elevator set him up? You really are a mo--n!
Yes, poor David, printing out confidential material the same day as he gave notice to go to a competitor. I do love that you keep posting bias garbage Batman, instead of just finding a different place of employment. You seem to always be low on the mood elevator :D
He doesn't stop... must be obsessed and comes off a bit nutty. Yet still works for the place he dispises.
Robin, please follow Optum v David Smith. Poor David was an at Will employee who gave notice to leave and join Amazon/Berkshire/JPM. Now David must defend a lawsuit brought by Optum in Federal Court. What happened to at will employment? What happened to Arbitration in Minnesota? What happened to being happy for a colleague? Yes, Robin, these are unproven allegations meant to stifle and silence David Smith. One day an Executive the next day a defendant. Such is life in Paradise!
The reason is simple: The rule of law is meaningless to the people at The Top. Stephen Hemsley’s first account was Enron. He was a partner at Arthur Anderson. Where are they now? Gone Forever. So are all of the worker’s pensions. Enron stock was flying. Robin, your loyalty will be paid back with insolvency. Shadow of the Leader. Follow Creeps and Crooks and do their Dirty Work and You End Up with Nothing.
Batman is at it again. He must mean this link ... https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/united-states-intervenes-second-false-claims-act-lawsuit-alleging-unitedhealth-group-inc?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery
read literally the bottom line
"The claims asserted against UHG are allegations only, and there has been no determination of liability."
Oppppppssss
