You Bull sh-- about hours . Not one Rx has posted about hours and they scream the loudest if you cut them ! so piss off trying to scream the sky is falling. In Lower SC we have lost no hours and everyone works together with our DL to make it happen. Stores amazing and teams highly engaged just bad attitude that needs to be replaced with the I can do it spirit!!!!!!!

Our store gets 70 hours for cosmetic reset. Our demand on mySchedule is 172 and that includes the Managers 45 hours. Every store is different, why don’t you think a little before you start name calling.

C-appppppooooo, on the post of 95 hours! First it is not possible and second 160 hours is min and then ad your 45 equals 205. What id--ts ! Plus you get 120 hours for cosmetic sets in Jan. Stop the sh!t talk and leave , the rest of us will get it done, I have loved my years here and been well compensated!

It’s a job ! Jobs are a lot of work. Why do you think you have a voice on how many hours a company gives you to do the job? I suggest everyone speed up and be productive instead of just baby sitting a store and collecting a check

You think I’m lying about my front store losing hours? Why would I lie? Why would I be here if I wasn’t p-ss-d off?! No, our Rx didn’t lose hours, because they make the store more money! Lucky them!! But our front store hours have been gutted. As of Jan 1st our demand hours on the schedule are 95. 45 of that goes to the manager so that’s 50 hours for two shift supervisors. This is HAPPENING to my store.

As of Jan 1st every day will only involve one person manning the front. They have to run the register AND do manager duties and any POGs or out of dates or product withdrawals, etc. This isn’t b---s---, this is the reality for my store. We will have to Aline in the store the hours before Rx opens andhe hours after Rx is closed. The district leader is going to try to have our store only be open when Rx is but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s ONE person working the front store with no support. It’s just asking to everything in the HUB to run overdue and for truck to take a week to put away. Not to mention how much shrink will happen and how p-ss-d off customers are going to be.

I wish this was b---s--- so I wouldn’t have to find a new job! This happened to 3 other stores in the district. If you don’t see it happening near you count your lucky stars. But my good happy feelings about this company are gone.
