The judge is probably ready to spend the holidays with his grandchildren and wants the 7000 lawyers involved in the Sears case out of his hair. The Federal courts are even shutting down on Monday. They're pretty much saying, hell, if Trump can do it, why can't we.
So have you done the work to shift the sales out a day... because you know Xmas is Tuesday ty vs Monday ly and sales grow closer to Xmas
The only ppl going to Kmart and Sears now are very last minute shoppers. It happens every year
Sears and Kmart workers, get those shoppers in and get those negative numbers to a positive or you'll be terminated... EVERYONE wants to go to sears and kmart

It not too much up to the judge... He going to make the ruling based upon what the creditors/banks decide
Now a days everything has to be politically correct so public opinion going to play a role too
Fast eddie may be "forced" to buy company and keep it in business just to save jobs with the banks/creditors forced to eat their losses
Since it seems to be taking the bankruptcy judge some time to figure out that Sears should end, stats like these are helpful.
