Class Action Lawsuit

Anyone considering a class action against Mueller? Most everyone who has been hurt by SWN, was due to Mueller’s incompetence. He, Jeff Sherrick and Joanne Hresko were the instruments that ruined SWN with that great purchase of CHK’s assets. CHK won that deal and Sherrick was paid a cool $1,000,000 for closing the deal prior to 12/31/14. Any shareholder, or employee harmed by these scumbags have a right to the money these crooks walked away with.......

I’m considering a class action lawsuit against the numerous janitorial staff at SWN HQ. They always seem to time the bathroom closings with after I need to rid my bowels of that disgusting garb they serve in the Market. This has hurt me badly.

Welcome to the layoff, newbie. Hope your credit card bills aren’t too bad! Understand about the cheap husband. Got most of my kids presents at tractor supply. Dad gum, but they is sure enjoying them. One question, I done drove by the office the other night, when nobody was working, and I seen all the lights on. If we could just save some money on the light bill wouldn’t that help us from layin off nobody?

A co-worker told me about this site over the holidays and since I did not have my kids for a week (with their dad), I spent my time reading these posts. Wow. Great stuff and funny. Very telling about where we have been and what people think of our leaders

I believe in this company but not leadership. My supervisor just dropped a hint that our department will be getting smaller soon. So now I am wondering if the January 17 date is it, more layoffs.

I am freaking out as I splurged on Christmas gifts for my kids as their dad is to cheap. I know I should not have used my credit cards. It’s tough when they are this young and see all the ads on TV. Can only say wow wow wow. Welcome back to the office and layoffs soon!!!

CEO should be fired b/c he’s the one who hired all the exec losers. They are short on real ideas so layoffs are the easiest thing to do. Expect more in early 2019. This exec team has destroyed so much shareholder value and it’s the workers (and their families) that pay for it. Get ready for a bumpy ride in the not so Happy New Year.

More a paper weight ( useless large weight , serving no function in today’s world) than a problem but the JB over “Swn advance” would be expected to go soon !

Hey 9jfn, you’re exactly correct. However you forgot about the failed HSE leader, aka The Joker. However, I guess he wouldn’t be considered important enough to be mentioned in that list of Hall of Losers. He’s just a wannabe Hall Loser, and he wants to be important, but bless his heart, he just isn’t.

Ruminations about actions in 2014 are useless and ridiculous and show the poster is an ignorant id--t. Real problem is a narcissistic CEO, failed COO, fired CFO (sandridge), fired SVP of Business Development (Lazard), loser SVP who was supposed to save the Fay, and especially a very weak and inept BOD.

I am really nervous. Can verify post about managers turning in list to HR. Worried about how I am gonna make my first car payment, it is Christmas and bought a new car and I trusted the company about no more layoffs. Anyone else worried?

Wow this is one of the most active boards on this site. A good proxy for a company that's got major issues. To contrast, the last post on Cabot's board was three years ago. I guess that's how you actually win.

At the office today overheard several managers talking about the “January list” they have to submit to HR by year end. Folks expect layoffs in few weeks.

Merry layoffs, everyone - I mean Christmas.... just want to take an opportunity to thank the previous poster, for pointing out many of my accomplishments to date. I really have built the most premium HSE staff anywhere to be found. We are safer than ever before, thanks to our office based safety observations quota and our “big brother” vehicle management system, which I innovated the “punitive” aspect to accountability. Usually firing works well. So, as we wind down a great year and look to another great year, with more layoffs, and more safety culture wisdom, I am here to say... Bah humbug! See you at the office at 5am tomorrow!

Well to the comment about glad we bought chk or we’d have nothing ... you would have had $5 billion to make an acquisition in Permian/ scoop / eagle ford / powder river whatever you like . All the above were specific targeted location by technical staff that “management “ didn’t think were right ( as in they wouldn’t get a bonus )

As to lowest price ever, technically incorrect, I think in 2002 from a chart I looked at it was at this price .

Management can’t stop drilling ; the ponzi scheme will fall .. but eventually it will, because I’m aware of no substantive effort to grow company. With luck it will sell and a few keep working

And Merry Christmas

$3.25 is an all time low stock price. We are competing and losing like our loser COO would say. Stop drilling, MGMT should be fired and the company sold off.

This is the time of the year when outstanding employees are recognized for their contributions to the company. One employee who has done an exemplary job is our HSE VP. Since he was promoted to that position (from operations mind you) three years ago, he alone has raised the HSE standard amongst the major E&P companies. He has brought about a world class (best in class) HSE programs and even more so an HSE culture better than DuPont. We are so fortunate to work here and know that we are safe and the environment is protected.

I look back over my long time tenure with this outstanding company and never before has an HSE leader accomplished what he has in such a short period of time. He has built a highly functional and talented HSE staff. Who would have thought someone of his caliber could have done that so quickly. I did not but am a believer now.

I am so proud of our HSE programs/culture that I have encouraged my daughter (studying for a degree in safety) to write her senior paper on our HSE VP and what he alone has accomplished.

Ok who am I kidding, Golf Romeo Echo Golf Sierra Tango Oscar Uniform Tango Echo is a joke, aka the Joker. End of story.

Best thing SWN ever did was purchase the CHK assets and get rid of the Arkantardz.

Bill, you should try to run the company instead of making asinine posts like this one. You sir are a joke and everyone knows it. Even the Board knows it, but they are trying to protect their annual retainers and stock grants.

Steve, Bill, Jeff, Board, etc. made that acquisition. It was just poor market timing. Look around - glad we bought it or else we'd have NOTHING right now.
