Ford layoffs could be twice as many as GM says wallstreet...so get ready for 2008 repeat here in Michigan where there is oversupply of engineers...
does the Michigan economy absorb 100,000 white collar workers? I doubt it...
I expect the real estate to take hit as people may have to relocate to other states for work for less pay...

False. If they're saying layoffs are imminent then there is a huge possibility that they're telling the truth. It will happen in some form or another.
Really? Tell that to those who’ll be out of jobs in the coming months when Ford decides to close plants and scale back operations in certain regions.
