ML is 65 an OLD Fart and blow hard. Time to fire his old self.
That CSC CHRO named in the lawsuit was eventually terminated a few months later, and replaced by the glorified admin as the new CSC CHRO and now the DXC CHRO. I am not offended by the "old fart" comment, just shocked (perhaps I should not) at the unprofessional nature of the senior leadership. They preached to us to abide by the CLEAR values, but they themselves are making a mockery of the behavior expected by of those in such lofty positions.
This is from February of 2015 old old news before DXC why bring up old stuff. People please only post items since DXC anything 4 years old is useless
And she is the head of HR!? You’ll be telling me she is accountable for ethics and core values next!
Speaking as an old fart , you’re all welcome. Now go out and do better while you’re all sitting in your Pajamas , s---ing on freezed dried coffee from Hell , while sitting quietly by your TV dinner tray , conducting a daily DSR from the comfort of your basement , on the old piece of whatever pc someone dug up . .... your all welcome
She ain't no spring chicken! And Lawrie looks like 3 miles of bad road.
Let's face it, no one thinks of CSC first if they need something delivered modern with good ROI. They think CSC if they inherited an ancient mainframe system and need ABAP or COBOL programmers, or their devs and admins just retired, had a heart attack, cancer, or died of old age. If you need AWS, Azure, Redshift, or technology that came up since 2005, they're going to look elsewhere, and probably think of Infosys if a big name comes to mind. CSC is synonymous with old farts in the mind of the IT market.
Well, apparently it's the old fart in this case who was dismissed due to his lack of relevant skills and therefore had no salary.
As to prongs three and four of the prima facie case, Plaintiff alleges that there was a perception that CSC's workforce was too old. (See Finn Dep. at 18 ("[Mason] said Jim, you're hiring old farts like Bob Leahy, people on the way down, not on the way up."); Lowe Dep. at 16-17 (stating that industry analysts perceived CSC's workforce to be "old gray haired guys."
Technically, an old fart does not exist. LOL
Interesting read - shows Mikey in his true light as a corporate bully on a power trip: you're sacked and you're sacked and so are you whoever you are. Get off you're knees Jo, you're job is safe for now.
Better an old fart than a noobie know-it all with no skills and c-ap salary ..... oh wait!
Old farts of all people shouldn't take PC b---s--- seriously
