I want to know when the layoffs are going to start hitting the call centers. We are all holding our breath knowing it is just around the corner. Our work has gotten so slow and our customers are all porting to L. Qwest or other Clec's. We have pretty much been demoted and feel we are the dumping ground for all the "c-ap" work that no one else wants. Our supervisors are too afraid to say no or standup for us anymore. They take anything and everything coming and going and tell us to deal with it. No transfers. Doesn't matter if its our account or not, figure it out. They want to make us look good. But instead we look like id--ts because we don't know what we are doing with these accounts. Most of the customer service work that we have done has been moved to other centers in Qwest or Level 3 offices. The majority of the reps in our office are fed up and to the point that they would rather receive a package as to deal with the c-ap we are being dealt and to know it is only going to get worse after the first of the year. So, once again I ask, does anyone know when they are going to hand out offers to the business offices?

When you have been with a company over 30 years it's hard to just walk out and find another job. Especially when you could be offered a package of some kind within weeks. I would rather try to hold out if possible. It's hard to find a job making a decent living where I live so a nice retirement package would be welcome. So I am going to stick it out for as long as I can. The ladies in my office have a lot of years with the company. Most of them between 20-45yrs. Not something to just walk out on.
rebadge to outsource on your doorstep.
WAH Care dept. has a new hire class starting 2/4/2019.
Take matters into your own hands and find another job. It's much easier to find a job while you have a job.
