I cried myself to sleep last night over the pitiful state of our beloved company. I don't understand how Irwin could let these greedy self-serving mo--ns destroy what we had and our future.

1) He gave control to his well intentioned but ultimately under skilled and under qualified son
2) 'His' board ignored their fundamental duty to shareholders, paid a poorly performing CEO $50million and then rejected a very decent offer of $82/share
