If they keep slapping all the additional duties on us cause there closing departments around us then I'm asking for another raise.. Center of excellence slowly shutting down. Parts Dept no longer open. Today Sears beloved tech hub went down nation wide and there was chaos lol. I said ah maybe Sears didn't pay the people for the program. Just moving bass backwards further and further every day and pissing people off.

Your pension (as monthly checks) is fully protected by the PBGC up to ~$65k/year. But they haven't taken it over yet. If Sears is failing to live up to their obligations, you could try complaining to the PBGC. 800-400-7242, 8am-7pm eastern, M-F.
Coe is doomed and will be over after January year end. Prepare to be shafted by Eddie like we were. And kiss your pension goodbye. Courts have frozen lump sums and I have been waiting 4 months for my first pension monthly check. Keeps getting pushed back. Go figure. Eddie does it again.
Service techs around the country were given raises so they didn’t jump ship.

I'm confused , the original post sounded like it was from the home service or stac part of the company , but the responses sound like they are from the retail section , the retail is done , services may have a chance to keep jobs , that is what I would like to learn more about ,
Somewhat similar situation for us in MD with raises. I laugh when they say this is confidential information yet everyone knew the 15% boost was there. S---s for retail though
Yea we were just given pay bumps ihere in our district to keep us from leaving as they close more retail stuff.
