How much did that cost? I rather 1 hr extra in my payroll for rx or fs so not so stretched thin to give customers the true dedication and great service they all deserve. Instead you cut everystore thin and make pharmasist, managers and every collegue cut every corner due to lack of hours. Gotta spend money to make money

I'm betting if you saw profit instead of sales, the mysteries would become clear.
My Hours were cut a bit in Fs and Rx... Not much cut. Still as unrealistic as 2018 payroll. My district did not see cuts in any significant ways. Some stores even got unrealistically higher amounts of hours. There’s no clear formula on how it’s calculated though. 2 stores that do $10,000 less than me and smaller sqr ft wise have 60 more hours than my store....Something’s off. Looks like they are being careful about what store they choose to cut as those stores are in more high profile locations..By colleges, government agencies, liberal working class cities etc. My customer count is still much higher than those stores that have more hours. I have friends in other states that have been cut significantly. Corporate is not transparent about how they distribute payroll hours but maybe it’ll become clear with time.
Even people at corporate got these too and we wear T-shirt’s and jeans everyday
No cuts here. We gained hours in both RX and FS now the lower volume stores in my district didn’t fair too well, but at most they lost was 6-10 hours.
My store isn’t seeing your cuts as of yet so I’m not bitter. It was probably pretty cheap. It certainly looks cheap. I’ll wear it with pride if they really plan on sharing whatever spoils this merger brings with their employees. Just trying to keep the glass half full.
