Got that bogus holiday YouTube video on the work cell today from home services CEO Mitch... Did anyone see his enthusiasm that we too are going to come out of these uncertain times as he called it. You could read his body language all day he is so fake it's unreal. He didn't even say Merry Christmas... Smfh

During my short time at Sears I was in a meeting with him. He said the the Sears brand was killing the home services division and wanted to rebrand the group. He said he wanted it to become something like Porch.com, after I heard that I started looking and got out.
