OT dude in the Northeast is sitting in the truck right now eating lunch drying out and waiting to get back up in the air in the rain. Yes, working a non-scheduled Saturday just like we all have for at least the last six months. No crying here aboit anything bit being forced to work mandatory 2hr OT every day and Sat and Sun.
We sit and marvel at how other areas are laying off techs when we work all the time and are never caught up, thanks to workload and MAX being so screwed up.
You guys are losing positions, we have 3 CST II jobs posted in just one area right now.
Just like everything else they do, non of it makes sense.

Anyone know if it will just be nonmanagement as seen this week with emails offering VSPP or is there any word that management will be next? Just would appreciate some advanced notice.
It cannot last much longer, here in the northeast jobs are nowhere to be found, working crazy amounts of OT on futures doing 10 hour mandatory and Saturday or Sunday work. Getting notified about our low good jobs in 8 hours % and soon we will find out that our performance review will net us nothing for our hard work. Cant wait for my email to come it's time to jump from this sinking ship...
