The hour cuts are real. Check mySchedule demand for week one. Compare it against week one demand for last year. You can use the arrows next the schedule date to go back. The difference in my store is 75 hours. 24 hour, high volume store. Over the last five years this store has been reduced 450 hours week. The store has just about recovered the sales loss from removing t-b-cco. It is showing Fs sales growth and customer traffic and RX is always growing. So basically we are doing the sales we did prior to t-b-cco removal with 450 less hours a week. Nice

The person is saying larry merlo doesn't care at all for the people who work at the store level just as long as he can make himself his next several million. Merlo is a poor excuse for a human being

It is morally devastating what Larry Merlo, and his band of Merry Men, have done to the morale of our Front Store colleagues, many new, but many tenured.
I would have expected this from GM, but not from CVS. Boy, have I been blinded by the light.
I was only cut 4 hours- we were already minimum hours with a 4 hour truck overlap. So we are true minimum now- I will run a day alone once a week so I can get my overlap back. I think there are a lot of factors going into the hour cut but the stores that didn’t get the big cut last year will be feeling it this year.
In someone's Excel spreadsheet at HQ efficiency numbers are looking pretty good.
Omg! I will be by myself till 11 everyday . Also no hours allowed for truck day or to hang ad. Managers must complete cosmetic plan o grams in the district on 4 weeks on their off days. This is to much, plus my Rx tech hours were slashed also, so I have to help back there after my second person arrives if they show up at all. Wow this is not a job anymore
