Ya’ all need to read and share on the other thread about “100’s of jobs lost at dsw service centers”. Very eye opening stuff for us tensing RAC NPS employees.
Don't forget the millions they made when the investment firm made when the boyout was announced and the stock went from 9.00/share to 15/share
For info on pay read the agreement posted on this site. The typical modus operandi of an investment firms is to take the Company they buy apart and sell it in pieces, like a car chop shop would. Then they get rid of all highly paid employees. 500 mil for anow, 60 mil for fsc, save 50 mil by cutting service centers. Sell chunks of stores for 10 mil each and sit back and collect royalties!!
I work at a rac store.. Has anyone been franchised? And do they keep same rate of pay? Im from Texas.

Anow will be sold and rac will be franchised. IT'S all about making profit, most of rac leadership forgot how to make money! They only know how to manipulate numbers.
I'm surprised investors would be interested in franchising this type of business.
Rent A center stores only??? Not including ANOW stores???
