Been bringing toilet paper and paper towels from home for a year. Empty our own trash and clean oir own commodes. We draw the line at vacuuming the carpet ir washing the floor tile. You should see the floors. Your not alone. Nobody cares. Go to the head shed in Missouri though. You could eat off the floors.

VSPs went out to CO techs in NW Montana this morning. I don't know how many positions are being eliminated.

Yes I have heard whispers around that yet another VSPP is looming. Jeff Story will crush this union long before negotiations of 2020. Contractors are doing the lions share of what workload there is... It’s always a little slower going into winter but this year it’s ridiculously slower then normal. State/City moratoriums, permit issues, winter storms and CenturyLink not spending any money this month has artificially slowed us down to a crawl. Our competitors our devouring our markets while we sit back and watch the business slip out from under us. Pretty sad state of affairs, makes me wonder what 2019 will bring... I’m still at a desk that has the old Mountain Bell inventory sticker on it. Our floors have broken and cracked tiles. The walls haven’t seen paint in at least 20 yrs. maybe longer. House cleaning services have been scaled back to once a week, and with the colder weather we have a big rodent problem.... I feel like we’re barely hanging on.... what a joke. Sorry for the rant.

Is this just for CWA employees and/or management too? And can you confirm VSPP is a Voluntary Separation Package. Thanks.
