Hopefully the company no longer gives you stock options as they all would be basically worthless except for the time value and given the stock's performance that doesn't mean much. Even as E&Ps have moved more towards restricted stock grants vs stock options, you guys are screwed. That is unless they have a price "kicker" that says something like if the price drops a specific amount of dollars they'll give you a specific percentage more of the stock. Who would have thought Noble would be a $22 stock again. I guess the good news is that on a split adjusted basis it's current price is well above the low of $6.88 back in '02. Ya'll must have some geniuses at the top running the company. Good luck!
