id--ts. Those of us who got screwed get up every morning thinking of ways to pay them back for what they did to us and our families.
I pray that IBM gets "smoked" and "exposed" with their age discrimination tactics. I'd love to see one of these lawsuits head to the Supreme Court.
Age discrimination is fact at IBM. Not easy to prove.
Desperation at IBM is overt. Not easy to accept.
The drop in IBM marketshare is shocking. Laying off experienced employees in exactly the wrong thing to do.
