As far as i can tell there was no declared surpluses in 2018 in any gca anywhere. Can anyone confirm if my post is accurate? I haven't heard of one area laying off technicians ( craft union workers) not pune .

There was one in June , I took a Vtp. at least 3 other techs were not so lucky.
