Avaya declared record revenue but based on corridor conversations AIP and Accolades was less than last year which we got during bankruptcy. Couldn't understand why existing employees are not getting paid.

AIP and accolades are not based on Revenue but on EBITDA. Typically a certain % of EBITDA is allocated to AIP, bonuses, etc.
