CR is just one of many who saw the obvious: there is no room for growth here, not at any level. Moving on is the best option for anyone who isn’t within sight of retirement. Noble has become a stagnant pond. The longer you stay the deeper the fungus of stagnation and the rot of incompetence will degrade your skills. Best to leave while you still have something to offer, even if it means a drop in position or pay. Stay too long and no one will want you.

Unless you are in a management position. Too many managers here that do not add anything. If you have one of those jobs, hang onto it. Getting paid to do nothing is the best job anyone can get.

For those not in management, no room at Noble to move up. So, if you have another offer. moving on is your best bet

BS didn't take this job to be second in command. DS will out the door by end of Q2 and probably before our 2018 10K is filed. Maybe KF will go with him.
