This will hit the news again ahead of 2019 analyst/stockowners meeting. Will the weakened Q go private or (See other thread) will NXP jump in with other partners.

It was a jackpot for Hock Tan and BRCM that the deal fell through. Imagine they having to pay $82 in this market for Qcom.

Current enterprise value $65B. Brcm offer of $105B was way undervaluing company according to SM and team that too two years back. (So no importance to time value of money)
