IT and Managed Services on the block?

The earnings call on November 8 contained quite a few nuggets of information. It seems the takeover by Level3 is in full swing.

The quote below is from Jeff Storey about focusing the company.

"...there are also lower margin products and things that are not in our strategy going forward. Things around maybe IT consulting services and some of those other types of products that are not network-centric. If they're not network-centric, we're going to focus on the network-centric things."

Oh my god! What used to take a rep in the Ethernet process center to diconnect an order ( 1 hour), now a bot can do in three minutes! And another 100 bots are being written. So not network centric are almost all call centers i would think. Across every platform.

Change my mind. Buh bye
