Who all gets the MY SHARE? What are the requirements for MY SHARE? I have only been with Walmart for 6 months. Any answers are always appreciated. Thank You

It's 180 days (6 months) as long as you've completed/graduated Pathways. If you'll fulfilled that criteria, it's a timing matter of where you fall within the current quarter and payout. If it was before the current quarter started, you get the full amount depending on your hours. If it was after the quarter started, you get pro-rated and receive a portion of the amount. If it was after the quarter officially ended, you get nadda until the next one.
