Bernard's promise to cut layers was never fulfilled, executive buddy saved executive buddy's job. Buddy system at Weatherford works very well and the system is corrupt. Promotions are given internally without posting the opportunities. US and Canada is the worst.

Management transfer from one region to another, they won't ever get fired/lay off, they won't ever take a pay cut.
