No more official layoffs. Management will now target individuals and begin creating a paper trail that will justify the dismissal of the person. Or they will do all they can to make individuals miserable in effort to “encourage” them to leave on their own. Keep your eyes open and you will see it.

oppurtunits is not a word. People like you that do not know basic spelling should be let go.
There will be no more layoffs in 2018. Upper management has been instucted to use every oppurtunits to decrease moral in specific groups. The hope is to keep the high attrition count going.
The only people leaving before the end of the year will be those like the 4 last week in Quincy that leave on their own. No reason to layoff at this point when the severance package will be substantially reduced in 2019.
