Is anyo e else tired of the constant all hands meetings and messages? How about the PHRASE, "KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN AND KEEP DOING WHAT YOURE DOING" or "Thanks for all you do." or one more sports analogy? How about one of these so called leaders set a vision or strategy and clearly communicate it? Too busy counting the dollars in their severance packages I guess!

If I hear sports analogies at any future company, I'll know its circling the toilet bowl. There is a strategy - it's called selling businesses and restructuring, the corporate buzzword for layoffs . Whether you will be a GE employee by the end of the year is like my kids playing musical chairs.
How about this sports analogy, "We are moving the franchise to another city and build a dome!"
