Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

January layoffs might not be as fatal as some people think

Confirmed January Layoffs.

Don't know the size. Nobody really knows the true impact. They've whittled away thru stealth or through attrition over the last years so I don't believe it'll be anywhere near as armageddonish as some believe.

My guess is 5%

In any case many should prep for interviews (Leetcode!). The constant stress of this bi-monthly layoff nonsense gets old. There's brilliant hard working people at Juniper. Best of the best! They should find homes elsewhere!

I agree with the OP ( @VWno63Y-6stv ). Good post.

The employee survey results from a few months ago called The Juniper Voice, clearly showed the the majority of the workforce has very little to no faith in the existing leadership and extremely low engagement. Leadership is only focused on EPS, RSUs vesting, bonuses, egos, greed and fraud. RR and KM really have to go, time to bring in experienced leadership to save juniper.

More organizational chaos at this moment than at any other point in the last 8 years IMO. For the first time in my Juniper career I'v actually been looking forward to the next big re-org for the last 6 months. I suppose I could get canned, but anything short of that would be an upgrade to the current low-performing, low-accountability dumpster fire.

Rami has delegated his decision making to a highly incapable leadership team. RR must be just buying time before he takes his money and runs. Unfortunately Rami himself will run out of time as the current leadership team is running everything down into the ground. I was told it's just a matter of time before the stock tanks and the investigations start about financial reporting irregularities. Maybe it has started already.

it is nonsense in how this company is managed, just shameful! The people at the top cannot get their act together and who suffers, all the employees busting it each day. No loyalty and no care from RR and his staff. Highly doubt the CHRO will stand up to him, if so, he'll get rid of her like last one... what a disaster!
