Breaking Offshore Vendor Contracts

I overheard a conversation today regarding us looking to break a few of our offshore call center contracts to consolidate the work with cheaper vendors. Can we even do that legally?

As a “member” that tried to buy something once, I had to deal with these id--ts after they told me a product was delivered when the truck never actually showed up. Took a month and a Amex dispute to get my money back. What are they going to find cheaper? r----ded monkeys banging on keyboards randomly? It’s not much better than that now. Bananas are expensive too when pennies matter

I can't imagine the quality of the cheaper vendors. I thought bottom of the barrel was already in place.
