Everything that the planners release only lasts a good week or week and a half, earned hours are in the hole for all assembly areas, machinists are just filling up warehouse buffers, and next to nothing is leaving the warehouse.
No Gears Road. When there is nothing coming in or going out and you put down that you are here 14 hours a day and 18 days in a row and not even here. In assembly if we are 1 minute late, we get a point.
Obviously you're talking about the stephenville plant where criminal incompetence and endless lies have been the hart of business ethics for several years now. Don't try to figure it out just soak up the pointless and seemingly endless overtime that is available. Soon enough they will ether start layoffs , resell the company , or shut the doors.
