Will HR do anything about these inhumane working conditions?

I don't know about globally, but these three changes were implemented for all NA offices, so ES, EA, NYC, AG, probably MEGA too.
I think those changes you mentioned are only in ES, though it was called a global survey.
Actually I was surprised we still have money for something like this. They don’t need to spend this money to feel what’s going on in the company...
The previous survey resulted in three major changes; a new casual dress code, Flextime, which allows people to arrive when they choose in the morning and an option to work from home one day per week and finally Mattel employees are now free to pursue creative side gigs outside of work without having to ask permission from HR to do so. I'm sure there were other small changes but those were the ones RD got up on stage and made a big deal out of at the time.
Carries equal weight as an exit interview. Which are now done via a similar online survey.
Nothing ever mentioned on any employee survey has facilitated meaningful change at Mattel. Surveys that developed actionable tasks never provide any lasting impact and do not break down any inequalities or change behavior between the executives spouting the cliche corporate jargon. Wasn’t there a similar program in 2016?? Gamblers would put money that the results of this engagement survey will fall by the wayside just as previous programs and HR executives. Only market conditions or irrate shareholders can change this game.
Yes. They never get read or acted upon. It's a joke.
Haven’t done mine yet, how do you mean by inhumane working conditions?
