The contractors in AZ are doing frame work, pots/dsl/ds0/ds1/ supposed to be doing routines for switch and office equip, but they are not getting done. Waiting for them to blame employees for a failure. T3-Fiber is a separate crew in AZ. They have the contractors working in largest office in state (PHX MN) and only 1 or 2 have a clue. The guy that worked there by himself had to take a downgrade to keep a job and another moved out of state. Have 6 contractors in Phx, 2 in Tucson, couple in Northern AZ and they are trying to hire more .

Good keep hiring contract EMP. The stock won't improve with costly dead wood FTE's
