Why do TR HR care so much about this site? What are they afraid of?

It's very easy to access once you get home though..... Keep sharing information, fight the PR
it's a pity that a company that lives on information comes to censor.
The site is blocked in the Eagan office too. It's absolutely pathetic they way they are 'managing' this reorganization. Also notice that they have been carefully supressing these actions from the media which is even more sad. Just shows the garbage culture they are facilitating.
Because HR finally have something practical to do (exit 1000s of staff) instead of endlessly presenting to themselves about inclusion, diversity and their latest "performance management" bell curve rating system (let's use 1 -5! release the power of the org!) in the dull days inbetween anyone joining or leaving. They were never the same since they elevated themselves to "HR" instead of "Personnel", and started getting all self-important. Now they've briefly got some actual work to do, they are probably interested to see how that feels from the rest of us, who (until we got fired, yeah! I was a "human resource" right up until I wasn't...) actually do the work while they mess about with their theories, secretive banding and the over-popular end of year HR bureaucracy carnival.
We haven't been able to get on here from the Andover UK office; they seem to have banned it from our server. I am sure Nick and Lilian Lee and the whole HR team in London watch this space. I wonder what other sites HR ban us minions from yet they troll?
Of truth, perhaps.
Why do you think HR are interested?
Because many of them are probably also looking over their shoulder.
It's common knowledge in my office. Perhaps not yours.
What gives you that idea?
