I have scrips filled at kmart regularly (Bridgeview IL) , I know and like the pharmacists there, I have been with them for years. I also like the $5 reward they give out for multiple scrips.

As far as the rest of the store I know prices are generally higher than other stores, but sometime you can get good deals if you combine sale prices with coupons. Also clothes are at good prices, when they go on clearance and/or using the freecash rewards. I have gotten some clothes for almost free with the freecash and syw programs. Sometimes I wondered how they can do that,

Stealing? Like store managers do every single day when they come in , unlock the doors and take off? I was at the gas station at Sams Club across from the mall the other day, and the Sears Manager was in front of me was filling his car, talking to the assistant store manager who was on the other side's pump. They were talking about schedules, "You working today? (ASM) Yep, I'm workin now. (SM) both laugh . I'm supposed to be there in 20 minutes.(ASM) both laugh. I followed them both into Sams Club. I left the store in about an hour, both were still there stuffing their carts with Christmas gift merchandise. This was in the middle of the afternoon.

“If you get caught you will lose your job. You might be thinking, "oh well, I'm probably going to lose it anyway because of this whole bankruptcy thing looming over our heads". Well, you may even go to jail or be forced to pay restitution, and if you are looking for another job, the fact that you wilfully cheated the time clock may come up.”

I can almost guarantee you that a Sears manager wrote this. The same SOBs that colluded with Eddie in firing people and making others' lives hell.

SHC has no money or time to take anyone to court for anything. They also have hired people, see National Hiring Day, who they know they cannot give hours to. How many of these people have quit other jobs or have made plans thinking they have a job and then are "hired" and get no hours. Seems like fraud or some sort of deception to me. Are there laws against this?

If you want to just not show up to work, fine, but showing up to clock in only to turn around and leave is wrong. It's just taking away from those who may need the hours and the money.

With thoughts and actions like this...it's no wonder why many of you are still at Sears.

I haven't gone to work in 3 weeks. Ever since my GM left. I still get paid. My co worker just punches me in and out. She's so nice.
