5 people training staff in Bangalore.
Staff retention in India used to be very poor. Train them up and 70% gone within 2 years or less.
I was told it was a norm to not be at company for more than a couple a years.
Wrexham (UK) site closure 300 jobs but not before end of year. Basically once we've trained up Bangalore! 5 of our guys currently in Bangalore training 130 people ...... fancy being there when this news communicated very poor!
