Monroe was a crazy place to build and maintain a headquarters. It is not a convenient location to get to from most places, and not most people's cup of tea. Just another bad decision by Glenn Post and more proof of how out of touch he is with employees and average Americans.
Well that Billion Dollars was spent well, just relocated a bunch of people and finished the new headquarters.
Well, Monroe isn't even a CTL exchange. Neither was Kansas City for Embarq. Makes sense to close it down.
